I found your podcast a week or so ago and have been listening to the back episodes. I’m so glad to hear that you will be continuing it!
I’m new to freelance writing but not writing itself. I’ve been working on fiction for the last few years, but I have decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on freelancing. I’ve spent years thinking on it, even wrote some samples, but never did anything with them. So to find your podcast and to see you continue it gives me motivation.
In the vein of guests for your show, a couple of people came to mind. Though you may have already thought of them.
The first one is Honoree Corder. She’s an Amazon non-fiction star and coach. She’s real familiar with Kindle and writing. I’ve heard her on several podcasts and interacted with her on social media several times. She’s great.
The second is Joanna Penn. She has several non-fiction books on writing mindset and indie publishing. She also has a thriving podcast and blog. I have also interacted with her on social media and she is great as well.
There are others but these were the first two I thought of because I know they are familiar with Kindle and writing.
Anyway, keep up the great work! I have a lot to learn and counting on you to help me! 🙂
I appreciate your words of encouragement. They mean a lot.
And way to go getting your freelance writing biz up and running! Have you had a chance to listen to JAH Episode 6 with Laura Pennington?
Laura is one of the most successful freelance writers I know. And she’s a great resource for beginning and established freelance writers alike.
Oh, and thank you for the podcast guest ideas! I’m familiar with Joanna Penn, but this is the first time I’ve heard of Honoree Corder. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them about future episodes.
Keep in touch! I’m excited to hear about your future freelance writing wins!
